My daughter was in the hospital for a month and diagnosed with a life threatening disease. Because of this, my wife and I went through a terrible situation and were unable to work. We now face this life threatening disease and many hospital bills. I then received notice from your office that my membership was going to be suspended. I asked for help on my dues and was rejected without compassion and still received a late fee. Your association should help waive fees or help long time paying members when we are going through tragedies like this but instead I was forced to ask multiple family members to borrow money to avoid suspension. This is absolutely disappointing.

Try listening to people when they call and stop being rude. We are spending a lot of money and don’t need your attitude.

I start out disappointed in many ways. This is only one example. You mandate a change to the Real Estate Contract (7.0) and then instead of training people on it, you charge them a fee to learn about it. I hope the class is adequate.
The informative classes, the customer service and the reasonable dues that include the fees for the sentri lock key card. Every time I have had a question or concern about something regarding my business, they are quick to respond to help me resolve the issue. I am very grateful I chose Mainstreet as my MLS.
