Website navigation and ease to navigate could be improved. In General the Organization could provide better communication and e-learning modules.

The way the continuing ed class credits are handled.There should be more than 1 way to record students hours/credits. and allow at least 6 months before purging test results. I had to retake my continuing ed classes at the busiest time because it wasn't recorded and was then purged. It had to be the WORSE TIME OF MY LIFE. Otherwise I have no other problems with your service.
