I am an appraiser. I cannot even tell you the number of misrepresented homes there are on the MRED MLS in Illinosi. Incorrect bedroom count with bedroom #'s as 4 - when 2 are in the basement. This happens ALL THE TIME -with properties from Crete - to Lincoln Park. I have commented on the site where it says to comment in private - yet it's now worse than ever. It SUCKS! Appraisers have to use this resource that is more wrong on property details than right. Not to mention all the basements that are reported incorrectly - then you look at a picture to see clearly - there are basement windows! Idiots putting information out there that is wrong - with no accountability!!
And realtors are required to do a "Code of Ethics" course - what a JOKE!!!
I dare someone to look up properties in the city of Chicago and see how many wrong room/bed/basement counts there are. How does a deck count as a room? It's unbelievable!!
On every appraisal report I don - I put a qualifier stating MRED MLS is the worst in the country for the state of Illinois - and point out the errors - so I am not held accountable! IDIOTS
The annual costs have just gotten ridiculous for the level of service that I actually utilize. Way too much fluff.
The training alone is reason enough! You guys are awesome!

You need to send out more reminders about when dues are due. We have to pay so much money, you could at least do that. You are supposed to be our advocates, support us; and not try to get any additional fees from us. You also need to make it clear on the bill what we need to pay for and what other fees you would just like us to pay. This is especially true for new agents.
you need to offer a payment plan for the yearly dues. Very disappointed

I think the listing detail sheets are very unorganized with the info. It is not reader friendly. Too much clutter and too small of print on the detail sheets.

Can not update my automatic payments. I need to fill out some form and send via fax. This is so 20 years ago, we got ride of our fax at the office, so i need to run to a fex ed to fax this in. Just because i got a new card in the mail and now im hit with a 25 dollar late charge.
I like the ease of caring for my account and access to the necessary forms.
