Just needed to reset my pass word and it was quick and efficient.
I don't have any complaints, and that's always a sign of good service. The forms are easy to access, and anyone I've ever spoken with has always been extremely helpful.

I had mad an honest mistake in regards to a pic that I uploaded for a rental listing. I called and I explained and it was a first time offense and there was no consideration to not charge me the fee. Should the mred not be a little considerate.

Everything is so organized and easy to access. The website helps keep track of upcoming deadlines and past payments made for membership. They send reminder emails if you've forgotten that a payment is coming. The classes are professional and interesting to attend. I am very happy!

The website is almost very user friendly. I would recommend making it a little more straight forward. the less steps people need to take to get to the desired destination, the better. Same goes for the searching, just put the "pay your bill" on the front page.
You do not accept check via online base like an credit companies, ulities company without a convenience fees too.
