I don't understand or appreciate the total benefits for which I have been paying for 10 years. I only search the MLS for properties and enter listings. I also don't like the increases without representation by those of us paying. Also what if we don't agree with the Marketing and Advertising that we are paying for? Can we opt out of them? We have very little voice and you appear to only want our money. How much of what we pay is used to pay salaries for the MRED organization?

The education
I don't use a lot of your services. When ever I contact you your people are always very friendly and helpful but I don't see a lot of value in the services your organization provides. However your dishonest approach to billing and the way you automatically assume I'm going to contribute to the NFP and political goals is very dishonest. I always waste a lot of time figuring out how to remove those items. that in my mind is unethical and dishonest. PLEASE STOP THAT!!
Make the mls more user friendly to the agents. Stop having it sign us out on our own phones, it is very frustrating having to relog in to get info to a client. They on the other hand can get to the info faster on their public websites/ apps on their own phones. Makes us look bad
