Have more training and events that don't happen Monday-Friday during normal working hours for other industries. Like myself, I'm sure that there are other Realtors who work in the industry part-time who would appreciate better access to training/CE and networking events that don't require them to take off time from their full-time jobs to attend.

Why would we pay mls in middle of month so you charge late fee? It would make 100 percent sense to make payment due end of month.

Not easy to navigate
Too much money.
Quick response, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Great customer service and all kinds of tools and services available including wonderful training.

Same as I've been saying for every one of these survey requests in the four years I've had my license: I get no value from my membership beyond the privilege of using Sentrilock as part of my dues, which otherwise provide no ROI. Every event and class and seminar is geared towards the agent that isn't busy during banker's hours or doesn't need a full time job to get decent health benefits. And even the Sentrilock support from the office is almost useless since it's very difficult or me to get there to puck up a box or replacement card before 4pm and I can't even get them shipped. It's mostly just a necessary evil for all the agents in my office.
