You’re so helpful
Friendly and helpful.
I'm forced to be a member and pay ridiculous fees to access the MLS data. The NAR, IAR and local associations have all passed self serving rules to force membership in what is essentially a monopoly. I honestly don't know why the federal government has allowed this for so long.
The variety of classes and events show that Mainstreet is in tune with it's members

Dues are seriously getting out of control especially when most members do it part time

Annual dues are very expensive and website to pay online is not user friendly.
Too many changes with the MLS online.
Easy to reach, very helpful on the phone. Process to join not too complicated.

Make it easier to pay dues. I always have to hunt for the button.
Billing is tricky. There should be an explanation about how to remove unwanted “donations” from invoices.
