I like that we have four locations. I would love to see a monthly payment option. Even if it were required to have an auto withdrawal from a credit card. And even a $5/month convenience fee. I think you'd keep more agents that are new.
The consistant updates
I would like to have the availability to use Realist, Remine isn't as user-friendly and lacks info.
Update forms IE: residential listing agreement, lease & application (are very weak)

The organization is friendly, informed and helpful.
I explained I did not have the money to pay my dues and had to borrow the money. Yet your association was changed your policy on removing late fees and was unwilling to remove my late fee. I had to borrow the money for this ridiculous late fee. This is not helping me as a member at all.

Prompt, accurate services
The internal disciplinary process is not appropriately managed. The information given out and published about the process does not match the actual process, making it effectively impossible to mount an adequate defense without an attorney.
It's full service! From the variety of educational, continuing education, learning opportunities and just plain old coffee talks - you offer it all! A great way for agents to stay on top of the industry and in tune with the current market.
What I like about your service is that you guys deal with jerk realtors (yours truly included) and still have the patience to deal with issues that arise. I spoke with Kristi Koziol and I was very difficult in my questioning. What I thought was condescending and unfair was actually professional and factual. Kristi kept her cool and answered all my questions, unfortunately I didnt like the answers given which is no fault of hers and I unnecessarily took out my frustrations on her, yet she remained professional. Kudos to her and I need to do a better job of listening to my amazing broker Connie Vavra when she explains things to me about the organization and the fees associated with them!
Efficiency and helpfulness
Have the annual renewal Cycle be in January or November. After speaking to a number of brokers that I interact with, we all thought the same thing. It is very challenging to come up with renewal money around the holidays regardless if you knew it was coming months ago. I think a Feb-Feb cycle would be better or at least end of jan.
What I like are the few services I use. The CE courses and the Help desk.
Its awesome for all Realtors.
Very expensive and don't receive any practical value, outside of MLS access.
Forcing everyone to use Remine is hurting people's business.
Overall there is great agent support as well as a good selection of class and training options.
