very informative, good education teachers, prompt responses to questions, brings in forward thinking vendors to speak at Seminars to keep in pace with the changing times, great people to work with on any of the committees..
a lot of resources and easy to call
I wouldn't call it a disappointment, the dues are very expensive for the service receive. Where else are we going to go?
Courteous and Proffessional response from support staff.
I called this morning and asked if they could waive $25 late fee for being late with my dues I’m having a very hard time lately my husband had a brain aneurysm, heart attack and recent injury at work it’s a lot for me to keep up with everything but they said they won’t be able to do it because I was late in March.
I was paying my fees online and there was no way for me to eliminate the RPAC charge. I spoke to live chat and they could not help me. I called the main number and could not get anyone there. I am now looking for a refund,
Fees are ridiculous
Great customer service.
I am most disappointed that you are taking Realist away. Everyone I speak to is NOT happy, so I wonder why you do it. If it is a matter of money, it seems every time I turn around there is some additional program I can pay and subscribe to sponsored by the board. It makes me think that you must have some arrangement involving financial remuneration. Let that cover the rising cost of Realist, as I hear that is the reason it is going away. Just this person's opinion..
Very expensive
The patience and response time to the follow up.
The instructions are great. Especially Carrie.
The prompt help when needed and educational materials and programs.
We need Jesus Christ in what ever we say & do.
He is coming soon. Lets all get ready by accepting Jesus as our savior. & Lord.
God Bless you all
Very comprehensive
Great service!
you can actually talk to a real person in a short period of time.
Realtor friendly
Real Estate professionals don't have much choice in the MLS they choose to use,so I don't understand this survey. I think the MLS could be more automated and intuitive, which I think is being worked on. Some aspects are cumbersome and its difficult to find some things - until you know where they are. Remine is not my happy place. While it provides a lot of information, it is more difficult to get the basic tax information which we tap into on a regular basis. There is no one page print out with all the pertinent information on it like Realist has. It does not provide the school district numbers, which are required in the MLS, and it does not provide the lot line measurements like Realist does and we use this on a regular basis too. In order to use Remine, education is required, and frankly, I think it's rather complicated. Takes you to Remine, then back to MRED, just to get some basic details.
Provide little value
Payment reminders should be before the due date not after
Renewals should not be like 24 the of the month... should be end of the month and give 5 days grace periods.
Not to many notices...
When I log in to mlsni why not alerts there...
At least for me, you have always been able to help me out...
And been very professional about too.
Easy to use
Billing late fees
There should not be a $25 late fee charge....
You could have sent the email a few times before the date to remind people....
Ridiculous.....
You are expensive, understaffed .... I have no idea what you are doing with the money you receive because it is not going into customer service.
Everything
Stop including donations to RPAC automatically, give it as an optional addition. Also, the September fee should be given notice months before instead of due in a couple weeks, new agents will find it hard to accommodate something like this in their first/second year if they are still working on growing their markets.

You can improve the price. You charge too much for MLS fees. Please decrease the amount.
