I think Mainstreet offers great tools and services that is easy to navigate. They think of the Realtor when they consider benefits to offer.
Work with IAR and NAR to get us “essential workers” who are constantly meeting with strangers in houses vaccinated faster.

lower your dues, Just want MLS access, no association with realtor or the association of realtors. The mls is the same as it was 12 years ago, nothing new that has been added is worth the time or money. Lower costs, less employees, just a database is all that an agent needs. the rest is junk. also stop auto adding RPAC donations to renewals.
I don't use your service very much as I do mostly rental management of my own properties. However when ever I need your services it is complicated, like at one point I wanted to have access to the sentrilock system and that was going to be very expensive. AND twice a year I have to call your office to figure out how to not pay the RPAC fee. the way you guys work that is very deceptive, almost criminal, in the way it is presented.
I'm sure that you don't think either of these are a problem but they are the things that make your organization unattractive as a partner.

Mainstreet are very proactive in bringing added value to their members, building relationships locally, nationally and internationally through their Global Association. It is easy to stand back but this is not the model Mainstreet display. They go beyond the call of duty for their members and I have no doubt this is unique to such a scale. Well done MORe. What’s the use. Paying dues and nothing in exchange. Actually FORCED to pay dues. I haven’t seen that in any other career to be forced to pay association dues.
