Whoever came up with the awards this year failed so many members. You should have known better to lump all the teams together. You left out so many people who should be recognized. This is unacceptable. MainStreet has been around long enough and there is no excuse for this.
Seem to be ontop of things... relevant technology, training, partnership with agent community. Great support services etc.

I don't find a lot of value
I am doing business for 27 Years. I strongly supported and very active member. Association fining for a front picture the same listing was handled by me for past 7 years. with out my authorraisation redfin Zello and other web services using our pictures why cannot you all stop and Help agents where doing business. Instead fining the good agents that too one rental. If that type of attitude is followed the internet will take over we all loose all in total. I am sorry we do mistakes, but this country is being sold to other counties, even surprise is the title search is done across the globe.
For short term gains the data's have been sold now they are over taking us, Board has to do some thing so that you can retain the strength again.
I am glad I am part of a great system but it is drifting from our hand. Covid time life is not easy but what is going on in this market we will see the down side sooner.

The support system for agents is superb. Mainstreet continues to provide every resource we need to succeed and the array of affiliate partners is unending.
Everyone is very helpful when I need help and I also like the classes/training offered.
Lots to offer.
Raise fees. MLS is outdated. No support. Constant issues and changing equipment.
Don't only communicate when a bill is due. It's the only time I am reminded who my Association is. Just sayin'
More afforadable than CAR
Mainstreet is a great resource to agents.
That they have real people to talk to they can help track ce credit and offer courses. The tech support is terrific even though I haven't used think of doing so every day!

I, nor many of my friends in real estate, like how things change without our permission or consent. I do the surveys, but still feel unheard. And the most aggravating thing in the WORLD is the private listing network! These homes should either be ON THE OPEN MARKET to best serve the consumers, or not up at all!
