How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I feel the fee’s are higher than other organizations I have spoke to. I really don’t utilize Mainstreet for anything other than my mls & SentriLock

What could we do to improve?

How about making the website a little easier to navigate and not putting extra fees or donations on our dues. It should be voluntary and very hard to take off the bill.

fees are ridiculous, many members still continue to not update listings in the mls within 24-48 hours notice in the mls.

Every time I call. I ask for Patricia. She's very knowledgeable, courteous and consistent with knowing the exact answers to whatever I'm calling-in for.

I suppose others could be as knowledgeable, but I really prefer Patricia.

What do you like about our association services?

The training material is available online and is an excellent source that can be used before walking into a real estate transaction. The ease of use for paying broker fees on the website makes payment to stay compliant with membership association dues very easy to administer.

A lot of emails, and information but nothing its really helpful because you click on the links and it takes you to pay for a class/seminar and its never ending upselling
