They should not share data to Redfin or Zillow’s and realtor.coms
As they have become discount brokers
Killing the realtors

Secondly
There should be more school rating data
Details what red fin provides
Agents get more information from Redfin sites than MLS
They should improve their marketing technology FSBO that Redfin etc don’t act like MLS

What could we do to improve?

Is there a way to allow your searches or your session to fixate on a specific client? So if I'm working on Sally's searches/interested/maybe I can select to stay in their portal while looking around the areas in other searches, and can always return to her portal of interested etc or unbind from that session if I'm moving to another client!

Increased cost without increasing functionality or benefits. My clients just want me to show them Zillow.
