On a side note, the PLN needs to go away. It is not being used appropriately by agents. The PLN enhancements are an improvement, but it still isn't going to be used correctly. Agents are using it to put signs up early to get the calls themselves. I don't care how you look at it, this is abuse and not acting in the best interest of your clients, especially when agents pick & choose who can show and who can't. If the PLN listing can be shown and go to "CTG", it may as well just be in the MLS as a regular active listing. Please advocate to MRED on behalf of your agents to get the PLN removed.

As if the fees aren’t already high enough you all went up $15. That’s a shame so no I would not ever recommend you.
I especially like the Vendor events, like Octoberfest! Wish there were more like that. Classes via the web are pretty amazing also.

Lower the dues. They are very expensive. We already pay high semi-annual and annual dues then they went up again this year. Other area boards have lower fees.
Perhaps consider not always raising our dues, even though you do not have Broker appreciation events any longer, mainly due to COVID - 19 pandemic. Allow us the option of breaking up the dues that come out in June, that are not due until the end of the year. Even if you have to add on a one time convenience fee of $10 or $15 for the option, I think it's the least you could do to work with us. We have so many fees as it is, this may help stop Brokers from putting their licenses in holding, or just plain leaving the industry.

Reduce fees for realtors that have less business!!
When I do a quick search I want to see ALL listings including private. That does not happen now.
I have repeatedly raised this issue and nothing changes.

I like that I receive a voicemail close to the time an invoice is due. Very helpful!
