The people who work for MRED are professional and do a great job.
As a product, not enough is being done to protect Realtors's services.
For one, we urgently need a new showing service that is independent of a competitor broker. I am talking about replacing ShowingTime which was bought by Zillow.
Secondly, support legal action to prevent giving our listing information away to competitors who gain by selling the results of our own work back to us. Here again, I am talking about Zillow.
Mainstreet provides a constant stream of educational, social and professional programs and emails to keep me up to date and informed of industry and association issues. I feel valued and appreciated by my association.

Up to date training and virtual programs
Get rid of the new awards and the public-facing search site. Not the associations' job to provide those two items. I've spoken to more people who are upset about the awards than the few hundred who are happy.

I'm disappointed in the last 6 months with your decision to move to Remine with so much incorrect data & lack of recent assesment information. All of the recent software changes make it more complex to even do a basic search....even after taking several MRED classes in December 2020.

Well, the attentiveness of the staff is amazing. Always getting a real person on the phone is great. The volunteer leadership does a great job of putting member benefits and concerns at the forefront.
I often have difficulty getting thru to Mainstreet...calls get get off; voicemail not reliable; voicemails not always returned.
I find the billing site extremely frustrating each time I make a payment.
