very responsive, lots of follow-through, provide unasked the details for our unit records re the actual cleaning and any damage by tenant. Arrived promptly, told us when would be dry and ok to walk on which reasonable, stated that they only got moisture on top carpet, not on padding below, etc. Last name removed Cottage Industries (company name)

This is the second time we've used this carpet cleaning product!!! I like your service because it doesn't use any chemicals that leave a residue nor is it harmful to the environment. This gives me confidence that there aren't going to be any issues to the environment in my home. The service man (Dusty) was very nice and explained everything to me and worked very efficiently.
