We just moved into a new house, and the tile was actually worse- dirtier than I initially thought. Dustin had me come in and look so I could compare the clean with the dirty, and there was a HUGE difference. I have white grout and the house is 8 years old.
The representative explained the process to me with what expectations should occur.
Everyone I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable about the whole process.

Great service. the only thing is because of no chemicals maybe doesn't quite get the stains out quite as good as if you used a strong chemical
Dusty came neatly dressed, appropriately friendly, and worked hard for over 4.5 hours. He cleaned 23 vents and many rooms. At the last my husband decided he wanted the office carpet cleaned. That meant the hoses etc would need to go back down the stairs. Dusty's response was "Glad to do it!"

It doesn't smell like the other companies do. I have a very sensitive stomach so it's nice that I can stay in my house and not get sick. Love it how it's not crunchy after it dries, it's so soft. Your pet solution got out all of the stains and smell in two of our rooms which I was very happy about!! I will use you guys through out the years. Awesome job and keep up the fabulous work.

I've had John from Zero Rez come to my home multiple times now.
