I have had every company in Logan do my carpets at one time or another. (I go with the coupons..lol) While at times I have had good results, my carpets are now over 10 years old and off white (don't get me started) with brown flecks. I raised 7 boys out in the country on a dirt road..and I think most of that dirt made it into our house. My carpets were filthy because we were going to remodel for 2 years now and they were gonna go...so I didn't have them cleaned. Finally couldn't take it any more. I had a lot of residue left by other carpet cleaners. In fact, we rented a machine and just used hot water, no soap, just to try and remove the old gunk. No go. So, it's been 4 days since Zerorez did them and as of yet we don't have any of the old "problem" spots attracting dirt again. This is a first. I used to think you guys were just another gimmick...but whatever you did, it worked!! Finally!

I had been putting off calling for an appointment and the day I called must have been magical because they were coming to Brigham City the next day and could work me into their schedule. Dustin Haws was the technician and I feel he did the best he could and was very polite, friendly and answered my questions. He also had me look at what he'd done in each area. My carpet does have some wear, so I was aware it wouldn't look like NEW but it was clean.
