I like the method of your cleaning process and you cover your shoes when you come into the house. It's convient to pay with a credit card at the time of service.
I just love how my carpets turned out!
Way better results than shampooing. The carpet fibers even seemed less matted together after treatment
personal attention, clean tech, did a great job
It worked!! I have tried to set the ugly stains our carpet for over 3 years, and zerorez did it in an hour visit. Thank you!!!!!!
I was excited to try Zerorez, but a lot of the stains are starting to come out again, so I'm kind of disappointed.
My house looks so much better. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all our questions and did an amazing job.
no residue, and it cleans out old soap residues from other cleaners used in the past, great service
Great pricing, great work. Easy to work with and very pleasant.
The enthusiasm and commitment of your people to their product was obvious. They were very pleasant to work with. We very much appreciated the cleanliness and friendliness of the representative who came to our home. Bar none, this is the best carpet cleaning we've ever had done.
No Rez and great service
You folks were cheerful, on time, and done quick. Thanks for your good work.
Clean carpets and friendly workers that go the extra mile
I had been putting off calling for an appointment and the day I called must have been magical because they were coming to Brigham City the next day and could work me into their schedule. Dustin Haws was the technician and I feel he did the best he could and was very polite, friendly and answered my questions. He also had me look at what he'd done in each area. My carpet does have some wear, so I was aware it wouldn't look like NEW but it was clean.
I am pleased and would gladly recommend your company to my friends.
I feel good about my clean carpet knowing that there's no leftover soap residue clinging to my carpet.
no deep suds or water
We were very happy with the whole experience. We recommend Zerorez to everyone and we will definitely use them again. Dustin Haws was the nicest most professional young man, Zerorrz is lucky to have him.
I liked how it looked when he was done!
Thank you! You did a great job.
The fellow (Dustin?) that performed the cleaning was professional, friendly, and timely. Though I didn't observe him the entire time, I was impressed with the way he clean the stairs.
Fast and friendly staff and service! The pricing was very reasonable and the carpets look great! It was a pleasure doing business with you.
Great Customer service. Carpet looked great
Chemical free, smells very clean and fresh.
I like the concept behind Zerorez--the water used and the way it is lifted from the carpet. The explanation/demonstration that Gaylord did was very informative. You worked very hard to do a good job. Thank you for coming back and working with the new equipment. I'm very happy with the results.
Your staff was very helpful and friendly! You was very fast and you did an awesome job cleaning our carpet! It look great!
Friendly people; no soaps or chemicals; rugs and furniture look brand new.
I love that there are no chemicals. I have already recommended zerorez to several friends. I would "like" them on Facebook 100 times but I don't do Facebook; )
Prompt service and a good job.
