I loved the way DUSTY came in, took charge and relieved me of any qualms of whether they took could get my stains out and make my carpet look and SMELL like new. My neighbor came in ask me what they had cleaned with it smelled sooo good. He did it fast and efficient. Made me feel very comfortable with being here and getting the job done. Such a great company! My carpet had a pretty obvious pet odor that I've had multiple carpet cleaning companies try to get out to no avail. Almost replaced my carpet but decided one last try with zerorez and it not only got the smell out but also looks almost new again.
I like that it was quick and everyone I talked to and had come to my home were very nice.
I am sold on extracting dirt without infusing soaps and residue that, in turn, attract and hang onto dirt. My carpets look great. I wish I could have done the whole house…plan on it…will let you know... (when I have the money...:)
BUT…hearing about the scotch guard protectant (which I'll be researching to see if truly effective) AFTER the carpets were cleaned is…irritating. Yes, it is a common (stress on 'common') strategy to coax people to spend more money that they were planning on, but…really? In my mind, that kind of sales is just like using unnecessary soap; leaves a residue of irritation…at least in me. Let's be transparent; I will be ready, with the money in full, as I'm sure your business appreciates…and you let me know all your services and costs up front…and I'll be happy to use your services again and again. Bottom-line: win-win.
Nutshell: I look forward to accessing your services in the future, including the vent cleaning, but, please, leave the "sales-pitch-add-on-strategy" to the other carpet cleaning companies…you're better than that! …take away: love my clean carpets and your work.
If you could have seen out carpet before. Yuck! But your technician was as friendly and upbeat as anyone I've ever dealt with. Even in the face of overwhelming dirt. Now our living room carpet looks like it did when we first built the house 14 years ago.
The quality of your service person and product was very high. Our carpets have not looked this good in years.
