Another company refused to clean my furniture but you rose to the challenge and you also used no chemicals to get the job done. Jon was very professional and tried to the best of his ability to get my furniture clean. The backs looked like new (a light tan) when he was done, but the seat area is still a little grey. Considering what they looked like before he started, it was an improvement. He couldn't work on it longer because it would have probably gotten too wet. I will definitely use your services again.

The carpets looked great after zerorez. My one concern was how long it took to dry. The stairs took over 24 hours to dry. Dusty, the technician, was very clean-cut, friendly, and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure having him in our home. Over-all, we were very pleased.
I liked that there were no chemicals used when the carpets/tile and couch were cleaned. Everything looked and felt clean. Friendly, on time and competent.

John worked very hard cleaning our ducts. Unfortunately the hose got plugged due to our dryer vent being very dirty. But he was quick to get us set up with a follow-up appointment to get the job finished.
