Zerorez answered our call on a Saturday and also called 20 minutes prior to coming to the appointment just like they promised. The tech was friendly and efficient, and also cleaned a small rug at no extra cost. Our carpet is 12 years old and we thought it may need replacing if they could not clean the traffic patterns that were looking bad. After my carpets where cleaned, I could tell and feel that it was clean. It has a fresh feel to it and I enjoyed NOT smelling any chemicals. The person who came to clean our carpet was very approachable and trustworthy. He did a great job and I was very pleased with how clean the carpet was!
