I love the idea that there isn't any soap involved.
The carpet was very clean and felt soft instead of crunchy. It also dried very quickly so I didn't worry about my kids or dogs messing it up before it was dry. I also LOVED how clean they were able to get my tile in the kitchen. Wow! There was a big difference.

Absolutely cleans!! Does NOT leave any residues or an "appearance of clean" for a few short weeks, just to have more dirt attracted, requiring more cleanings later.
