Prompt appointments. Stains are thoroughly removed and don't return after cleaning. Carpets are soft, not crunchy after cleaning. Carpet dries quicker than other cleaners we have used.

Timely and carpets seemed nice and clean
I had them come and clean the carpeting in my entire home and then also had them clean a wool rug separately. They were very effect in their pet treatments that they provide and how they explain what they do. Courteous and polite. I will be calling them everytime to clean in my home.

You are definitely service oriented. You on time after giving me a narrow window and a phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival. The carpets were beautifully cleaned and I loved that you moved the sofas and put them up on blocks while the carpets dried. The carpets dried much quicker than I expected and I had my house put back together in plenty of time to enjoy dinner and a movie. I will definitely call you again.

I was impressed with the young man that came to clean my carpets, the taking care to protect the corners of my walls, and the general cleaning of my carpets. That there is no chemical residue left in my carpet and that I got the protectant applied to my carpet afterward. The man who did the work was very knowledgeable and efficient.
