Zero Rez lived up to the hype. I'm excited to have carpets where I feel good about letting our 6-month old crawl around! Service was fast and easy and the carpets were soft and clean when he was done (with some cleaners in the past they have looked good but had a slightly crunchy feel after cleaning).
The carpets look very clean and Jon did an excellent job. Made recommendations without any pressure. He offered some discounts which I appreciated. I feel the prices were on the high end of carpet cleaning, but have not had them cleaned for a long time, so I may be out of touch.

If possible, use all products "green". When I had this same service done in my last home (NV), Evergreen Carpet care did the service, and the "cleansing, bacteriastatic" spray they used had a "fresher" less strong smell than yours. Otherwise, you did a great job, showed up, on time, called, and ready to work!!
The job was done quickly. The representative was on time and explained the procedure to me. When he was done he had me check it. He went over some spots again to to make sure I was satisfied.

I had heard about Zerorez leaving no residue in the carpet after cleaning. My neighbor had her home cleaned last year and so I talked to her. She told me that the carpets are very clean and she was very pleased so I went with them. I was so happy with the result. The carpets were very clean and I felt very satisfied.
