Okay, so my family would say I'm the carpet police because I don't like dirty carpet. So when I decided to get it professionally cleaned I am always skeptical as to what kind of a job I will get. I did some research and decided on Zerorez because of the "clean" cleaning technique and the great reviews from customers.
I'm so glad I did!! Dusty was courteous and fast. I have some major traffic areas that I have struggled to keep clean. They look AMAZING!! I wasn't sure right after, but when I came out the next morning and saw how clean it all looked in the morning light, I was shocked. It did take longer than I expected to dry, seeming as they claim it dries quickly. But with fans and windows open it was mostly dry by that night so we could put all the furniture back.
If you're thinking about using Zerorez, DO IT!! You will be pleasantly surprised!
Such a great job every time I have called they have been able to get the job done when I need it done, sometimes same day. I recently had my grout cleaned and sealed and it has made a huge difference in the look of my kitchen and bathroom. No more dirty grout lines I have to spend hours cleaning with a toothbrush.
Good product/good service I have a small dog that uses one of our bedroom rugs as his private wetting place. This is one of the few products that we have used that pretty much cleans this area. We will continue to use this service.

The zero rez guy was extremely nice. He went the extra mile and took off my vents downstairs becasue I couldn't reach them and offered to put them on for me too. The vents are sparkling clean and you guys just did a great job.
It has no smell and it drys really fast. It has gotten stains out if my carpet and cat pee smell out of my daughters room. I have been telling everyone to call you guys and get their carpets cleaned. Love you guys!!!
