I thought the service was great. Showed up right on time called a day in advance and 15 minutes prior to arrival. Fellas were careful not to ruin the brand new texture throughout the house. They did not cut any holes in the duct work as some other companies told me they would have too.
Zerorez fogged the vents, brushed and cleaned them. They pulled a diaper out of the kitchen vent and a bunch of other really disgusting things (house was a foreclosure).
Overall service and experience was awesome! I wish they would offer some kind of wet scrubbing process as an additional charge to their current service (it doesn't seem like any company out there does this). Reason why i say this is there was still a little bit of residue baked on in the vents nothing that their dry brush and vacuum could remove so its not that its going into the air circulation especially after they fogged it (which is supposed to kill anything that might be alive). However, it would have been nice to see vents as shinny as new.

I had a cat that quit using the litter box and peed on the carpet. Zerorez came out and treated the stinky area. It took several days to dry but the smell is mostly gone. The other areas that were cleaned were dry that evening and, very clean. It was great!
The guy who came to clean our carpets was very friendly, confirmed what he was there for, and explained what he was going to do. We left him to clean our pet stains and returned to find everything very clean and smelling great! Thanks so much!
