The tech was professional. He made sure to identify the problems areas before starting. And he did a great job getting the stains out of the carpet and the recliner. He left our place looking as nice as when we moved in.

Dusty was very friendly yet professional. He worked efficiently and thourghourly. I had pet stains that were difficult,both Dusty and the gal I talked to were honest about being able to remove those stains which I appreciated so I had realistic expectations. My carpets are clean and actually feel softer, more like new carpet to walk on with bare feet. Thank you
Technician was very helpful, clean and prompt. Carpet cleaned in the morning and DRY by evening. I love that there were no harsh chemicals put on my carpet. Jason even mixed up the citrus solution and let me smell it to ensure it would not bother my son's allergies. Carpets look GREAT will use again in the future.
