Technician was very helpful, clean and prompt. Carpet cleaned in the morning and DRY by evening. I love that there were no harsh chemicals put on my carpet. Jason even mixed up the citrus solution and let me smell it to ensure it would not bother my son's allergies. Carpets look GREAT will use again in the future.

We were moving into our new home and wanted the carpets cleaned ahead of time. They were here on time and the carpets looked so clean. The house had basically been closed up for a year and it had kind of a musty smell. Once the carpets were cleaned and the doors were opened again the smell was mostly gone. No residue means the carpets stay clean longer! It would like to see you offer 'fragrances' as an option...ie, citrus, peach, cinnamon...Lasts a day or two but gives that WOW factor to a new tenant.

Professional staff; timely arrival. Our technician was very helpful and informative; educating me on carpet fibers, materials, wear patterns, etc. He kept me updated on what he was doing and how long it would take, etc. The $99 / 3-room special was exactly what I needed and very affordable.
I love that my carpet has no soap or cleaner residue left in the fibers to become sticky. It just feels soft and clean. Dusty and Aaron were so easy to work with and did a great job.
