I have bought 2 bicycles from this shop, both times I was treated like I was the only person in the store!!! They explain everything about the bike and let you take them for test rides. I recently needed a tire pump after having bought the inexpensive ones from Walmart, which I could never use, I went back to Mystic Cycle shop and purchased one from them because they showed me how to use it and they suggested one that is easy for me, I now can take care of my own tires and can ride more often!! Thanks Mystic Cycle Shop, great job!!!

Joe did an excellent job explaining the details of the Demane SL 6 etap. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and well informed about the product.

Shawn did an excellent job fixing an issue with the threads on the frame. I found him to be very professional and focused on the problem at hand. He was really amazing that he was able to rethread the frame for me. Great job Shawn.

I purchased additional products for the bike and they look great after being installed by Joe.

I love the family owned feeling … everyone (employees) seem genuinely interested in helping.

We were shopping for a bike and wanted a particular model and color and there were only 2 available. One was at a near by bike shop where we live in NJ but they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to build. The only other place that had it was Mystic Cycle(a three hour drive) but they were willing to build it the same day! Joe at Mystic Cycle was very helpful through the whole process! We got in the car and they built the bike as we drove! Talk about excellent customer service!! We highly recommend Mystic Cycle!
