Very fast service of my bike!

The service was wonderful from the front desk to the bike technician.
The Bike shop looks clean and well maintained, is in a good location and has good parking.
It is also nice that Mystic Cycle offers new bikes but also a selection of pre-owned bikes.
The repair work performed on my bike was very reasonable.
I feel that Mystic Cycle is a bike shop that I would purchase a bike from and continue to have it maintained as well.

Convenient location, good service.

There were a couple of other service customers there when I arrived, but the technicians communicated with each one and addressed each of their needs in a timely matter.

I had a shifter that was not responding. I expected to be told extensive / expensive repairs would be needed, but the technician disassembled and lubed the shifter mechanism on the spot and had it working in no time. And charged a very nominal fee (I put some of the money I was expecting to spend into a nice new bike light).
