Worked with Chris on the purchase of our first Ebikes, He took plenty of time no matter how busy the store was to work with us and ensure we got the right bikes for us being older new riders. On pick up he again spent a lot of time going over the bikes and fitting us. Everyone in the store was great all willing to pitch in when needed and provide advice and thoughts.

You guys are great -- not only supremely knowledgeable but also friendly. This is not the LBS where everyone knows more than you AND THEY make sure that you KNOW IT. You will knock out a 'quick fix' when you have time, and that means a ton as well.

They just did the warranty work on my ebike. I am very pleased with the way they handled it, they took it from me, put it on the machine , communicated with the manufacturer, and within one week had it installed and ready for my ride on Sunday!
