We had to use the emergency road side assistance. Some water got into the LED light fixture by the front door. I called the number we were given and in less than 2 hours a technician was out. He found a slight gap in the caulking of the vent on the roof above the light. He fixed it quickly, checked to make sure the water was isolated to the light and he was done. Very satisfied with this service. Inevitably things will go wrong and the measure of a good service is how it gets fixed 👌
