Very impressed with how friendly the staff is there at that location. If someone can’t give you the help they need, they will find someone who can and they don’t abandoned the customer to find their own way around. They don’t tell you it’s over there instead they walk with you introduce the other staff member so they know the customer is in the care of their hands and not lost. (Which means a lot to the customer). They make an effort into finding out answers for customers and are honest with them. They are quick for returning calls, keeping the customer up to date on their progress. The staff here succeeds to keep their customers satisfied and was a very quick decision for me to come back to this location.
Rv is a higher quality
Staff was great, very helpful.
Only issue was the time it took to complete the repair work. I understand the supply issues however we were anxious to get the trailer into storage.
Fortunately staff helped with this once the trailer was ready and it looked as good as new.

Our sales rep Lucas was fantastic! Listen to what we wanted and showed us those trailers. We didn’t feel rushed and he answered all of our questions and concerns. Real genuine guy.
