Parts and Service has been good with only a few issues in the past.
Chris in Parts has been amazing. Very knowledgeable and very good at his job. 5 stars.
Do need some work on communications amongst staff. Not all service requests are being processed as requested. Sometimes takes several requests. Detail and documentation are imperative to getting the request done correctly.

Our salesperson Marlon was excellent. He spent the time with us to go over everything and difference between trailers. Since this was our first trailer purchase he went over all our questions and he was not a high pressure sales person which we liked.

Our finance lady I believe her name was Cherry. She was also very nice to deal with. She went over all the extended warranty etc with us. She made the payments work to suit us and made sure we were comfortable with them.

Our walk through gentlemen which I don't remember his name. He was a older gentleman and had been there for quite a few years was excellent. Like I said it was our first trailer purchase and he made sure we knew everything we needed to know before leaving.

We did buy quite a few parts and a add a room when we picked up our trailer. The heavier set man in the parts department was not overly friendly or that helpful.

Overall had a great experience buying our first trailer except I was not overly impressed with the parts department.

Great staff who pay attention to detail. Hats off to Brendan at the Headingly location.

I can honestly say that I have a friendship with all the employees and sadly miss those that have left in the last little while.

Not really able to rate effectively at this time as we just purchased our trailer so this really isn't a true picture of how we feel. So far our experience with Four Seasons in doing the deal, I would rate at a 9. Going forward this could change either way.

To be determined! Need to pick up our unit in May that we bought in February. Have not heard from anyone from the dealership since we purchased it.

We purchased our trailer at the Winnipeg Show at Red River Exhibition Park. The service has been great so far. Every one has been friendly and accommodating. We'll be picking our trailer up at the beginning of May.
