We had done quite a bit of research online and via different websites (both 4 Seasons and Grand Design). Working with our salesperson, was more just confirming we liked the floorplan. Having not really used the trailer yet, initial thoughts are great, and everything is working fine. We've test run everything at home and no issues. The pick up day / walk through was a very good experience. The practical walk thru was great, very knowledgeable. My deal also included the install of the hitch and brake controller which went smoothly. The gentleman doing the hook up ensured I was comfortable with the hitch, and we fine tuned the electric brakes before departure.

Ray, our sales guy was great and their procedure to go over everything in the trailer before we took it home was very helpful and very much appreciated. Reg was super nice and thorough with this. They seemed to care that we were happy and confident with our purchase, and supplied some basic essentials needed for a first trip of camping. And Andrea made the financing experience very pleasant. Also love the gift jackets & hoodie! Just all around classy! Overall great experience at Four Seasons and I’d shop here again.

Very efficient at setting up and conducting the demo on how to operate all of the features and functions of the new trailer. Very prompt delivery of the trailer upon completion of the demo. Best experience we have ever had for purchasing a big ticket item, especially during the pandemic.

Marlon, our sales person, was very knowledgeable about the trailer we were considering and ultimately purchased. The team at the dealership was accommodating and helpful. A problem with one of the valves on the trailer was rectified by the service technician within the timeframe we requested. All in all a very positive experience.

Cause I trust four Season

The service department were nice to deal with. Good service. But I'm disappointed in the quality of the mini travel trailer that I bought. I would have thought it was better than what I ended up with. Unfortunately I'm stuck with it. In all Four Seasons are on the top of my list.
