Very service oriented. Upfront about the process and what could or could not happen. Expectations explained and understood, no disappointments. Kyle listened to our wants and showed us the good, better, best options. We choose best. Chantel in finance was great and patient and Thomas was awesome through the walkthrough of the new trailer. Also, in service, forgotten his name, Dan or Don, went above expectations. A little snafu with an awning repair, wasn't ready when I arrived to pick-up, he had the completed trailer delivered to my driveway the next day so I didn't have to make a 2nd trip. overall great experience. First one week camping trip completed and the trailer is superb.
