Curt went out of his way to make it all happen. The Grand Design 22RK that was brought in from Indiana was spotless when we did our walk through. We found one very small issue which Curt was going to address. I appreciated the no pressure sales policy. Also the guys working in the shop were also outstanding. Looking forward to picking up the fifth wheel in the spring.

When a customer books an appt a month ahead to get a winterized at 10:30 in the morning they should get same day service so they do not have to make two trips. 88 k round trip. I Received same day service in 2018, 19, 20 , 21, 23. Was told my service person they never do that. If booked way ahead one is then already in the planning of a days schedule. Please reply to my comment
