I have heard of customer service before, but I have to say that Four Seasons has climbed beyond! The attention to detail is simply amazing. Not only do you get to talk to a person in each department, they all seem excited to help you. It's like a sense of pride for them. Each person that passes you askes with a smile if you have been helped. When dealing with value, it's almost like they are working for you and not the company. My wife and I were suggesting Four Seasons to people even before we received delivery of our trailer. That's our experience anyway.

Ray Vosper, at the Winnipeg location, was really wonderful to work with. Very nice gentleman and we appreciate his help in finding the right camper for us. I really like that Four Seasons does a more thorough check on most of the trade ins that come in and you were willing to fix the items we requested be fixed, after purchase. It felt more comfortable buying from Four Seasons, than it did elsewhere. The 30 day warranty after pick up, is also nice.

Road side service, we had a window changed in the bedroom of our 24rds because the latches didn’t hold the window closed, now the window still lifts up about a half inch so it’s open on the bottom before it catches. Haven’t called to complain about it but hopefully it can be resolved in the spring.
