The salesperson Mirah was great, understood our needs and did not make me look into something that wasn’t a good fit or I did not want. Reggie was great with the demo, I just feel like he had to hush things at the end, but still good overall.

Your sales man Bob was great to deal with, included my wife and kids on selecting the right trailer, your finance ladies were very excited to take our money lol very friendly and answered all our questions. The two gentlemen who did our trailer walk through with us were awesome, explained everything very well and even fixed a lock right on the spot for us as the door wouldn’t lock properly. Over all we will be back to buy another trailer from you. The bonus of it all was our whole family got either sweaters or a jacket. Even my kids. That made there day. We received good customer service. Ray was very helpful when we looked at campers. Chris was excellent in explaining everything about our new camper, and was ready and willing to fix any issues with the camper. There was a mix up regarding our appt time, but Chris was willing to work late to accommodate us to complete our purchase in a timely manner.

We had done quite a bit of research online and via different websites (both 4 Seasons and Grand Design). Working with our salesperson, was more just confirming we liked the floorplan. Having not really used the trailer yet, initial thoughts are great, and everything is working fine. We've test run everything at home and no issues. The pick up day / walk through was a very good experience. The practical walk thru was great, very knowledgeable. My deal also included the install of the hitch and brake controller which went smoothly. The gentleman doing the hook up ensured I was comfortable with the hitch, and we fine tuned the electric brakes before departure.

Ray, our sales guy was great and their procedure to go over everything in the trailer before we took it home was very helpful and very much appreciated. Reg was super nice and thorough with this. They seemed to care that we were happy and confident with our purchase, and supplied some basic essentials needed for a first trip of camping. And Andrea made the financing experience very pleasant. Also love the gift jackets & hoodie! Just all around classy! Overall great experience at Four Seasons and I’d shop here again.
