Service was excellent. Everyone I dealt with reception, sales, finance, training technician, parts and service was fun, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

The travel trailer I purchased was as advertised, delivered in the time frame promised and fairly priced.

I would be happy to recommend anyone to 4 seasons based on my experience.

But I will say your Roadside Service is excellent. I do have one recommendation, I had a service call logged with them this past Monday, they arrived within a 6 hour window however I was not aware they were at might camper. I only learned of it the next day when they showed up with the part they needed and told me they were there and showed me a couple of pictures, no problem. I would suggest that in the future you leave a card indicating you were in the trailer, text or emails are fine so long as there is cell and/or internet service. Regardless we are very happy with our purchase.

Excellent sales, service, delivery & administration people. Fair trade in and deal on our new fifth wheel. Our sales rep was Joe Hendrick and he was great to deal with. All said and done our experience was very good. We would go back to this dealership again once we decide to trade again. We love our new trailer and it fits all our needs.

Grand Design makes a very nice trailer and Bob from Sales has been very easy to work with. We have had a number of issues with our trailer which are somewhat expected with a brand new trailer and the Service Department has been very responsive in getting the issues resolved. Lew Durnin, in particular, has been quick to tackle our issues and very positive to work with.

I really liked the friendliness in your organization and also the flexibility of everything. This is from the trade in delivery, the payment timing and the new trailer pick up date. I like that four seasons has a 24 hour roadside assistance and they have some of the best products. Ever since I purchased our RV trailer this year my family and I enjoyed every minute of it. I’ve been recommending it to my closest friends and family.

Great atmosphere and good customer service

So much information online about the type of trailer we wanted it was just a matter of finding a dealer with a solid reputation.
We found the best with Grand Design and Four Seasons. When researching online or asking around with RV owners and local businesses they have the reputation and expertise we wanted.

Amazing service, very patient and very attentive. You definitely went above and beyond to make everything right and went out of your way to explain how the trailer worked. Everything was fixed when we finally were able to pick it up after 5 visits. You even recommended a great place to get the electric brakes installed.

We had our viewing, to purchase ,to delivery on site within a week and a half. Thanks Joe, Debbie, Billy, Reg,Bob, and Cole. And All that had a hand in helping us behind the scenes.

We love our camper! On our first camping trip we had an issue with the slide out…I called the emergency service #, we had a technician at the house the next day who diagnosed the problem and the repair was finished the next day…I was not expecting such quick and reliable service!
