I didn’t even want a camper to be honest. Most were not what we were looking for. And what we did want was crazy overpriced. Then we happened to come across the one we bought and it checked EVERY. BOX. I come from the vehicle Industry, I’ve done sales and service. I know all the slimy methods to sell vehicles and what they do to just get you to sign papers. Not once did I feel like any of this was used. Joe was open, honest, and fully disclosed everything with the camper, the good and the bad. which I very much appreciate as I was coming from so far away (6.5 hours). I did give Jade a hard time (sorry, I’m a stressball), but after I had explained my concerns, she was very understanding and had everything perfect got setup for me when I got there and had every question I had answered. Upon pickup, the first time even seen our camper, it was exactly as shown by Joe. Eveyrthing was setup and ready. Cole was perfect explaining everything. Any (small) issue we had with the camper. Was resolved right there. (No keys. Plumbing tube cap was broken and replaced)

You guys have a wicked team. I really hope management treats you well and appreciates you!

Purchased our second Grand Design and absolutely love the product. Layout, fit and finish and attention to details and options are outstanding ! The staff at four seasons has also been extremely helpful and courteous. Our sales person Mr. Kyle Gallant was very informative and personable. Just as our first purchase at four seasons it was a great experience with all staff from sales to maintenance and parts.
