Our family purchased a grand design imagine coach. The salesman Garrett was so unbelievably tuned to what we wanted. I have never been so stess free on a larger purchase like this. The moment you walk in the doors you are made to feel welcome. After we went through the demo of the trailer and got it home and hooked up to our new generator which we also purchased. ( so quiet) we had some electrical current issues. Four seasons staff at the parts desk litterly gave me parts to take home and try at no cost and bring back what was faulty. Unbelievable I'd say. They went above and beyond to help. If you are looking for a coach I wouldn't look anywhere else other than four seasons.

Normally great service but we’re not happy that our camper was not serviced before delivery as was promised.
The road servicing at our lot is helpful. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
