We recently picked up our trailer. Reg was tremendous in going through everything with us and making sure all was in order. There were a couple of things that needed fixing and he ensured all was looked after before we left. Another gentleman helped with the hookup and explaining the hitch, etc. Also showed great patience in ensuring we were comfortable with all before we left.

We purchased a 2023 Grand Design Imagine 22MLE in January. We immediately made a 6 week trip to Arizona. Upon our return we brought the RV to Four Seasons for some warranty work. All minor problems and adjustments. We were completely and thoroughly taken care of with the upmost service and workmanship. I highly recommend Four Seasons Winnipeg.

The Staff we dealt with were no only knowledgeable on the products but they did two things before anything. They listened to what we had to say before suggesting options and units that fit our needs. It provided a short list of viable RV's for us to check out and begin our buying process. The second was the fact that there was no pressure to purchase immediately which made us feel we were in the right place.

Grand Design are exceptional trailers and Four Seasons stands behind the service provided.

So far so good.fixed problem we had window shade ,but do recommend you inspect equipment before you sell it. Other then that should be opening trailer next weekend
