Sales department is great and the service department are always helpful. Disappointed that Grand Design did not cover under warranty my bathroom sink that had corrosion after being only two years in service and the trailer slept in only 6 times. Hope i don’t have any other issues this summer.

the service manager Lew was really the only person I dealt with. two receptionists at the entrance were also very helpful. it was a very good experience.my trip in to the city was late November and the unit was all clean and the roof and awning from the ground looked good. the unit is still sitting at the four seasons lot in Headingley till late spring when it will be picked up and checked out closely at that time Thank you very much and have a great Christmas and a great winter

Very easy to deal with. Made my schedule work to come in and look at the new camper and was very flexible on when I could bring my trade back in.
The service gets done but lacks communication. When someone says they are going to do something it should be done. We shouldn’t have to call to get information when it was said they would let us know.

They got back to a request to see a trailer within 15 min. When we came to see it. The salesman Joe showed it to us. Then another man fitted our hitch and another man showed us how to use the slide. I was impressed with the friendly service and professionalism!
