We did quite a bit of camping this summer in our new Imagine trailer. I like the 24 hour roadside service as we did need our refrigerator and power awning serviced while camping. Both times the Four Seasons mobile service department made the journey and repairs quickly. The trailer is well built and designed with lots of spacious cupboards, we like our 10’ countertop and porcelain toilet. I’ve recently taken our trailer in for some warranty work. What could be repaired at that time was, and except for expected slow worldwide shipping of new parts, the repairs will be completed in the Spring, no problem.
Top notch sales and service treatment. I felt well taken care of by both my salesman as well as the service personnel that demonstrated the general operation of the RV. They answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns. I would recommend 4 seasons to any of my friends.

From the receptionist to the tech installing our hitch, everyone was above and beyond our expectations. However the most memorable was the demonstrations of the trailers by Lucas. He would lay down on the beds and demonstrate how his 6’2” height would allow our boys plenty of room to grow with our new trailer. His excitement of the units and patience with us was top notch. He effortlessly demonstrated how 4-seasons stands above the competition.

Service never really used it, The product could be lmproved #1 is the door lock and latch. You need 2hands to close it, the screen door opening slide makes no sense at all, The blinds are old fashioned, the under belly the way it is sealed does not look very professional.
But I would recommend anyone to buy 1 we really like it thanks Wes + Joanne
