Convenience
Great service on time
everything
Quick, easy and always friendly
Convenient, reliable, good price
It is close but in coming back the shuttles were lacking.
Pickup/drop off at vehicle. Quick and easy in and out.
The service is great! My personal favorite, based on location, is Parking Spot 2. The staff is amazing, and the buses come very frequently. I hardly ever have to call for a pickup. Regardless of what time I arrive at Hobby Airport, there always seems to be a bus waiting.
Am I just lucky? I don’t think so! It seems like they run every 10–15 minutes or so. They’ve also automated the pickup process really well. We’ve been using The Parking Spot since 2018, and the service has gotten better and better every year. The electronic tipping option is also a big plus!
It's convenient to airport. The bus picks you up quickly. Drivers help with luggage.
Great shuttle service!
Quick pickup from parking garage and from airport.
Friendly inside staff & quick pick up service
Someone is always waiting to show me where there's a spot and to pick me up right at my car, the drivers are always super friendly, and the bus is comfortable.
Awesome place
The shuttle has been more available up departure and return and that is much appreciated. The drivers are always so helpful with my luggage and I always tip them for this service.
It is close to the airport, and you quickly get me to my plane.
Easy fast pick up and drop off. Friendly drivers.
I think your pricing is good. I can park undercover and the van is quickly making the pickup. Getting home the van is normally on its way or there already for a quick trip back. The drivers are the best. Polite and friendly getting bags on and off. Thanks again
Easy app to work with. Friendly staff when have issues.
Convenience. Great service from nice people. Good rates. Numerous shuttles giving door to door service.
