The app was easy to use to make reservations. I like getting emails from time to time about special offers that I might not see otherwise. Shuttle service to and from the airport was quick. The location off of Haynes is easy to get to once you figure out the roads.

The Parking Spot East is so convenient for us--we live in Illinois. It is cheaper than the other nearby Parking Spots. We have always had great drivers. With my prepaid reservation, it's super-easy to check in and out (with the QR code). We never have to wait long at the airport for our pick-up at the end of a long travel day. We use the Parking Spot East frequently.
