It’s so easy to park there and the staff are so nice and helpful! The prices are where I ca afford to park there when they have a discount.

I’m used to it and it works. Although there was a hangup exiting one of the gates, which delayed everyone in line.

We didn’t wait for the shuttle either time, and maybe it was a coincidence that it happened to be there and ready or maybe they have enough shuttles running to eliminate waits, but either way, it was so nice to not have to wait.
Both drivers carried my bag on and off the shuttle, pulled the handled for my suitcase and propped it up so I was ready to wheel it away!

Parking Spot 1 has finally added to staff and cut down on customer wait time as a result.
Also, I have yet to come across an employee who doesn’t treat customers with kindness.

Covered parking, quick service, very nice drivers

We were first time users of this service. Everything seemed pretty simple and straightforward about making the reservation, paying for our service, getting picked up and dropped off. We were pleased.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Careful drivers. But one of the vans had heat blowing out from under the seat I was on. The AC was on and the driver tried several things but the heat continued to blow.

Fast, easy and convenient

Recently was my second time to use the services of The Parking Spot. When I returned from my first trip I discovered that I had left my parking lights on, so I had a dead battery, One of the men there helped me with a battery jump so I got my engine started. This trip I lost the paper that gave the parking spot place number where we had parked. The driver cheerfully took us near the place, and we found our car. The drivers were polite and helpful when we had several pieces of luggage. Bob Last name removed - Grand Prairie, TX.

The service is great. As soon as you park, the bus is right there to take you to the airport. On our return, the bus came within minutes. The driver was great, when dropped off at our cars, he was loading luggage for us. The ladies at the check in/check out are so friendly. They even ask if you need some cold water for your drive home. Highly recommend.

My flight was 3hrs late returning and that took me into the next day. The agent gave me the extra day at the promotion I currently had booked.

Was so happy that there was an attendant at the Parking Spot 2 who could help us get a parking spot. I have used my Parking Spot card for many years without any issues, but now it seems the card no longer works and you have to use the App, which we did not have and wasn't able to download there w/out WiFi. The attendant was very patient and helpful.
