EVERYTHING! I love how easy the lot is to get to! I love how i dont ever have to wait long for a shuttle to or from the airport! I love how helpful -most- of the drivers are! I LOVE how the drivers communicate who is next to be picked up at the airport so it stays fair! The drivers are so efficient! I love using this location and recommend it to everyone i hear that's using Bradley airport!

It was easy to get in, quick to get picked up and brought to the airport, quick to get picked up at the airport and brought back to my car, and then quick to exit. A+

Please fix the checkout process. I have to get out of my car to press the button that says I don't have additional discounts and go ahead and charge my card on file. It used to be scan and go

Everything runs on schedule and many of the drivers are very nice. I remember having one Driver Raymond several times and he was great.
