Satisfaction achieved
able to book on line and if a question comes up, am able to direcetly speak to a friendly human being without first chatting with AI.
The parking spaces are nearby and the shuttle drivers came right away. I don't know if they were monitoring our arrival time in Phoenix (plane was about 30 minutes late) but we hardly had to wait at all. Will definitely use in future.
The cashiers and the majority of the shuttle drivers are friendly and professional.
The Parking Spot QR Code can be saved in Apple Wakket.
