Parking Spot is well staffed. There is always someone there who is helpful in directing where to go when we arrive. Shuttles are quick, and the drivers are respectful and good drivers. We had Chakra as our drive on our return trip and he he was super.
I also appreciate the discounts offered through the app and the ability to make reservations in advance. Covered parking is a bonus for us.
