Polite, timely and efficient
The location is convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful. The price is usually good as long as there are offers...sometime without an offer there are less expensive options, but the frequent savings offers are good.

Fast friendly people and service
It is convenient and the price is good
My flight got canceled and I had to stay an extra night. I was so stressed with having to find a hotel and a new flight. However, the parking spot was stress free as I logged onto the app and clicked a button to extend my parking. It was easy and a straightforward.
We are so thankful for the airline discount, otherwise the benefit of flying would be out of reach for us. In fact we would be using UBER instead ,,,so thank you. PS, as for improvements the signage on the end for rows F & G would be helpful. Also thank you for the upgrade to covered last time...we didn't expect that. We would however bring the car instead of the truck as the poles make it a tight fit for the truck.
Safe and efficient
Usually expediant and courteous.
Easy booking, check in/out. Great service.
cost, convenience, location.
Parking Spot 2 is completely under cover. It is easy to get to. The fees are reasonable. The shuttle takes you directly to your car and the shuttle driver helped me put my luggage into my car.
Really like the convenience, however sometimes it’s tough getting picked up at terminal seven because the bus is full.
Convenient parking and fast shuttle service! Will be using this every time over airport parking!
Convenient
The parking area was secure, and the shuttle service was fast. The use of the app was helpful. I would use this service again.
