Convenient. Shuttle service is efficient

Easy check in & UI on the app. Like the option of covered parking

Generally, the shuttles are running consistently. Although sometimes you can tell some drivers are more consistent and work harder than others.

You made it easy for me to pay the extra day charge since our flight delays brought us back a day late. BTW, you need to fix a glitch in your app as it did not allow me to prepay for the extension in the app. It showed an error message when I tried to pay.
Glad it charged the discounted rate at the gate when we left the garage, but not knowing the exact charge earlier added some stress to our delay.

I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of your drivers. They help us with luggage and always have a smile on their faces. We travel frequently, and they are always great. Thanks!

Very convenient, quick shuttle pick up and friendly staff.

Easy to use. Great shuttle service. Very fair pricing. I’m a multi-time user.

The staff are usually helpful and friendly. I parked in the uncovered area and prepaid. When I checked out it stated I parked in the covered area and wanted to charge me extra. The staff remembered my area of parking and over ride the computer with apologies. The driver passed me up as I had just pulled into the spot, as he came back around he saw me and joked with me about not seeing me. As long as the cost stays reasonable I will continue to park with the Parking Spot.

The detailing, when I get it, is the best. Frequent buses.

Easy to book and convenient to the airport

Prompt and efficient. They charged my car this time. It was very nice

I’m a long time covered parking customer. I’m excited about the expanded covered parking program.

Great customer service and shuttle drivers with great attention

Ease of use…very convenient

Close proximity to airport, covered and secure location, prompt transfer from parking garage to airport and on the return. We exclusively use this location.
