Quick pickup.
Convenience from every perspective: reserving, signing in with the QR code, automatic billing, nice / friendly booth attendants, water bottles, etc.
The shuttle for pick up and drop off on our trip was very fast, with hardly any wait time. The driver on our return trip was extra helpful as my wife and I are seniors and he helped get the bags off of the shuttle and put them in our car! It was not a very busy time of day I suppose, but this was very nice.

I like the proximity to the airport, and the quick and efficient service provided. From the time I park my car there's virtually no wait as a shuttle is typically coming down the parking row and has to wait for me to unload my suitcases. On return, I am dropped off right in front of my car. On this particular trip, due to me not closing my door completely, I returned to a dead battery. The Parking Spot staff quickly came to my rescue and I was on my way in short order. I have and will continue to use The Parking Spot and suggest that friends and relatives do as well.
Great customer service and a decent price
It was convenient and I felt my car was safely protected in the lot. The ease of returning to the lot was also quick and painless. Very efficient service.
Always great service, however, we're not fond of the long walk from baggage claim to the pick up area. It seems the airport assigned shuttles the furthest and most inconvenient spot they could find!
Soon as I park they take me to airport within 5-6 minutes. Same with pick up from the Airport , bus grabs me within 5 minutes .!! Excellent service.

Everyone was very friendly, from the parking attendants to the van drivers. The shuttle was readily available upon our return and the ability to be picked up and dropped off right at our vehicle is appreciated.
Both drivers to and from the terminal were great this trip and we can see progress where you are trying to fix the vehicles of the overhead AC units falling down or shaking. Keep that up as it is helpful to not feel unsafe in your vehicles. Some maintenance needs to continue to happen on the yellow buses:) thank you! Keep up the progress and great work on hiring good drivers
