Conveniently close to the airport. Easy to use
The app makes it very easy to get in and park. Bus rides are super-fast. Be ready with all your stuff to not make the driver wait on you!

Easy access, inexpensive and easy to get to/from the airport.
Convenient. The shuttle service is quick, and the parking price is reasonable
Consistent experience even when busy. It was really busy but they had enough shuttles and took care of us.
Drivers were very friendly and helpful!
There is a human being behind the phone at the very lot where I parked my car. For example, in my haste, I forgot to lower my car’s lift gate, and left my car wide open. I realized it in the middle of the ride on the shuttle to the terminal. I called the number on the website, and Ms Linda helped me out by talking to Mr. Troy, who kindly checked on my car and closed the door and assured me my car was fine. Great service, I am moving all my subsequent business to the Parking Spot wherever I go. Thank you.
Convenient location to airport and quick pickups.
Great customer service

Consistently friendly, capable, courteous drivers!
Very easy to reserve and great price.
No worries - the prompt pickup and return by the van in the parking lot, complete with help with your luggage! Your vans are faster than me! Sometimes it's a bit of a wait at the airport.
