Quick and easy online
Covered parking and door to door service is great, quick, and wonderful helpful people
Quick and easy
Quick pick up and ease of entry into the parking lot. I also really appreciate the bottled water on the our way out of the lot.
Helpful staff when confused.
Frequency of shuttle
Speed of getting me to airport and upin arrival back my car being ready to just hop in and leave.
Great customer service
Everyone is friendly and helpful, drivers always there to pick you up from your car. The only thing is the car wash has been closed when I was there.
Drivers are pretty nice, most of the time.
Convenience
Everything
The parking was easy to access and it was safe. Both drivers were very helpful and friendly
Friendly, kind, competent staff. Convenient.
Easy transportation to and from airport.
Shuttle is reliable. The lot is close to the airport and I can choose a covered spot for my car.
Easy to use & inexpensive.
Very professional, convenient very easy to get to and very quick. I would recommend this place as the best place to leave your car near Bradley airport. The people were wonderful and they can’t beat the price.🥰
I don’t fly from BWI often but when I do I usually park in the Long Term parking lots. The Parking Spot sent me a promo code so I decided to park there this time. While more expensive than long term parking, I’m leaning heavily on parking there from now on when I fly from BWI. The service was amazing. I especially liked getting picked up right in front of my vehicle and having all of my luggage loaded for me. No more walking to a shuttle stop with all of your things. They pick you up right where you are. They even have covered parking spaces (at an additional cost). This is especially useful if you’re traveling during the winter months. No one wants to come home from a trip and shovel their car out of snow and ice! I loved my experience and will be using them again
The wait times for the shuttle bus is always short.
Very efficient and reliable
Very friendly!
Prompt courteous service. This was 3rd time we've used the Pittsburgh location over the past 8 months and each time we were extremely pleased. Shuttled to airport immediately upon arriving at facility and the drivers are always very friendly and accommodating.
Quick pickup and friendly driver.
Valet parking is so very convenient saves time
All attendants and drivers are courteous and very helpful
I like the fact that the bus is on time to pick up and drop off and I truly like that all employees and drivers I encountered were cordial and polite!
It’s super close, always can get a shuttle and great prices.
